During the Academic Year we hold a number of Drop Down Days. Drop Down Days are an integral part of our Enrichment programme here at Pegasus Academy, they give us the opportunity to collapse the timetable for a day and deliver content that can not normally fit into our hour long lessons. This can include theatre productions on a range of social issues that affect young people today, delivery by external agencies such as the Police, Fire Service and community groups.  Drop down days are a core part of the careers provision where local business come into do a 'business breakfast' with students or do mock interviews and talk about the personal skills employers are looking for. 

Drop down days are also integral to our KS4 GCSE provision and gives students the chance to spend extended periods of time completing controlled assessment in practical subjects, or, to do walking talking mocks in core subjects such as English, Maths and Science.
